DEAR VALUED CLIENT,

In light of the Premier of Victoria Daniel Andrews recent announcement that a new set of restrictions and guidelines for Businesses throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding areas is now in place, we advise that the

Global Group; Access & Security Divisions will remain operational during stage 4 restrictions

The follow strict guidelines will be effective from 8:30am, Thursday 6th of August 2020:

  • Face-to-face Counter Sales at our facility can no longer be made, all orders are to be placed via our website portal, email or telephone.
  • Our preference is to ship/freight orders where possible to provide a contactless service, minimising your travel during the stage 4 restrictions.
  • Any order that you intend to collect (yourself) in person is to be placed at least 2 hours prior to collection. Any order placed at short notice may risk a wait time of up to 1 hour before it can be made available for collection.
  • Tech-support will only be offered via telephone, no over the counter support can be offered at our premises at this time.
  • No visitor is to spend longer than 3 minutes collecting their order.
  • We request that all visitors must wear an appropriate face covering that covers your mouth and nose at all times when at outside of your vehicle.
  • Please sanitise your hands upon entry/exit
  • Social distancing of 1.5m applies at all times
  • Visitor contact details will be recorded for contact tracing compliance

All Global Group staff will be adhering to already implemented safety regulations regarding Social Distancing, the wearing of correct PPE such as Face Masks or Face Shields and Disposable Gloves where required.

We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our safety measures outlined as they are in place for the mutual benefit of everyone.

We importantly want you to know that we continue to operate and offer our services at this time whilst we operate under Victorian Government Level Three Restrictions. It is business as normal in terms of being able to support your business!

In light of the high number of community transmissions being experienced at this time, our showroom however is temporarily CLOSED TO VISITORS at this time.

Our warehouse collection point remains open, in accordance with government safety guidelines in place as follows:

  • Wear a facemask or face covering that covers your nose and mouth (at all times)
  • If you are at all unwell or you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), however mild, please do not visit us
  • A max. of 2 patrons can be in our warehouse client collection area
  • Please sanitise your hands upon entry/exit
  • Social distancing of 1.5m applies at all times!
  • Visitor contact details will be recorded for contact tracing compliance
  • Touching of display product is to be refrained from at all times
  • Our toilet facilities are not available for use by patrons
  • We recommend calling ahead prior to visiting if the visit is likely to be for longer than 15 minutes

We wish to thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times, and for your patience and acceptance of government and our own restrictions implemented during the last few months!

It is with great pleasure that we wish to advise that from this coming Monday (22nd of June 2020) that we will be re-opening our showroom to patrons.

  • If you don't need to visit us, please don't, we invite you to make use of our online ordering system, emails or telephone communications
  • If you are at all unwell or you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), however mild, please do not visit us

Global Group continues to be a highly reliable supplier of product, yes, there are some product delays due to shipping but we generally have an alternate solution for most requirements.

Our Customer Care team continues to be here for you, across all channels, ready to help you achieve required outcomes. It may result in a phone call or video call instead of onsite support.

Our online resources continue to be available via our websites, and we encourage placing online orders via our website, or emailing orders to; sales@global-access.com.au

Following government recommendations for social distancing, we encourage you to make use of our online ordering capabilities and attractive freight costs to reduce person-to-person contact.

Whilst we welcome visits to our showroom to place orders or collect items, in the interest of everyone's health, your own included, we ask that you disinfect your hands with the sanitiser provided and that you minimise touching display items.
